    • Duration:
      Two and half hours (departure can be adjusted but preferably 10.45 am)
    • When to go:
      Daily at 10.45 am except public holidays. The food tour takes place in three precincts of Colombo
    • Booking/Payment / Cancellation :
      Send us an enquiry to book this tour. All bookings need to be confirmed 48 hours in advance with full payments to be made prior to commencing the tour.
      Cancellations made 2 days prior to the scheduled tour date are fully refundable.
      In the event of extreme weather or if we are compelled to cancel the tour we will offer you a full refund.
    • How to get to the tour:
      Exact meeting address and detailed directions are provided with your booking confirmation. The food tour ends near Colombo 3.
      Transportation to and from the food tour is not included unless you have booked a full Sri Lanka tour for the curious traveller with Ayu in the Wild Holidays. At the end of the food tour, our guides are always happy to call a tuk-tuk or Air Conditioned taxi for you or point you in the right direction.
    • Activity level:
      Low – Includes driving around a 4 km radius

      ** Disability friendly tour – this foodie tour can be modified and is ideally suited for the disabled travellers and seniors.

    • What to bring on tour:
      Bring a bottle of water or you can purchase one at the meeting point.

      Umbrella/Poncho – If rain is forecast, bring an umbrella or poncho.

      Our small group tours are kept to a maximum of 8 pax to make it more intimate and fun! However, if you’re visiting with family or a group of friends and are searching a unique thing to do in Colombo with some great food, ask for a private tour when sending an enquiry. We will make it the perfect tour for you. Additional costs may apply.

      All food tours for the disabled, seniors or those with mobility problems will be private tours.
