Our normal terms and conditions of booking are waived off and we are offering a limited time flexible approach for deposits and payments for all new bookings made in 2021 until further notice.
A completely flexible low deposit policy is in place.
You will only be required to pay 5% deposit to book your holiday with Ayu in the Wild.
For the balance payment, Ayu in the Wild will mirror the applicable payment policy of the hotels you choose to include into the tour and these could range from balance payments 7 days to 30 days prior to arrival.
A few hotels require an advance deposit to hold the reservation.
Free Cancellations, will mirror the cancellation policies of the hotels you choose and we will discuss each policy prior to holding reservations.
Free cancellations are on offer at some hotels 30 days prior to arrival only.
Free cancellations are on offer at some hotels 24 hours to 7 days before arrival.
Please discuss the specific payment/cancellation policies of each hotel with us, before you confirm your reservation.
Independent: Since we are not affiliated with a particular collection of hotels, we can offer clients an independent choice of properties with the most flexible deposit and cancellation terms.
If you wish to postpone a trip due to a resurgence of Covid or a lockdown, we will discuss with each hotel the maximum period up to which you can delay your trip without additional costs and offer the greatest flexibility to reschedule your travel dates.
Certain holiday seasons may be excluded from the above flexible policy and our Travel Designers will advise you prior to finalizing your booking.
In the event you are unable to travel due to the Covid-19 situation, you can be completely confident of our refund policies and be secure knowing that you can adjust your travel dates.

What does this mean? In simple terms, Ayu in the Wild's Covid protocols have been verified by KPMG and is certified by Sri Lanka Tourism to coordinate all Covid-19 regulations for a traveller - including;
Obtaining all pre-approvals for the trip
Coordinating the Covid insurance and PCR tests
Pre-booking hotels, organise transfers, private excursions, and tickets
Implementing protocols with Guides, Naturalists and chauffeurs as per health regulations
